Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Service Crew for its Lake Cowal underground operations. You will lead and mentor crew members, coordinate ventilation, water and pumping systems, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily service activities.

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will drive a robust safety culture, plan tasks, and support production targets while maintaining mine infrastructure and rehabilitation efforts. This role operates on a 2/2 roster.
