Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager — Architecturally Designed Homes | Sydney

Reporting to and guided by the project management team, with admin support behind you, you'll be the person keeping sites running day to day.

Key responsibilities

- On-site management of all deliveries and materials
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Assisting in preparing the two-week lookahead program
- Keeping the site clean, safe and well presented
- Running inductions and SWMS, and upholding safety and compliance through BuildPass

About you

- Experience on residential builds (architectural or high-end an advantage)
- Solid understanding of trade sequencing and site coordination
- Organised and on top of the admin — diaries, compliance, systems
- Strong, explicit communicator who trades and clients respond to
- First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain — we'll help facilitate this)
- White Card and reliable transport
