What the role involves

- Working closely with our Design and Pattern teams from concept through to delivery
- Sourcing fabrics and trims for each collection




- Negotiating pricing with our offshore suppliers
- Organising fabric testing
- Approving bulk submissions
- Reviewing QC reports
- Raising bulk purchase orders
- Maintaining the critical path and delivery schedule
- Liaising with suppliers daily
- Creating and uploading products into our system
- Supporting our sustainability goals

What you bring

You're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about product. Ideally, you have:

- 5+ years' experience in a similar role and solid knowledge of production processes
- Mandarin language proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Apparel21 (although not essential)
- Confidence negotiating with suppliers
- A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent multitasking skills
