Pacific National in Gracemere is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead the development of train crews. Based at the Gracemere depot, you will deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency, and work with supervisors to ensure protected, high-performing operations.
You will plan, prioritise and deliver compliant driver training, mentor crews to meet Rail Safety Worker competency, and develop individual training plans aligned to operational needs.
