Newlife Church in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Pastor to oversee community connection and formation, guiding how people move from crowd to church family, and from church family to apprentices of Jesus.
You will lead Life Groups strategy, oversee newcomer integration and YA volunteer leadership, and provide pastoral direction to the community. A theological qualification and proven ministry leadership are required; we value experience in building volunteer teams.
