Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing new customer enquiries and sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Reviewing plans, drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotations
- Estimating blinds, curtains, shutters and other window furnishing products
- Actively following up quotations and converting opportunities into orders
- Understanding customers' requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts
- Liaising with builders, designers, architects and commercial customers
- Negotiating pricing and working with customers to secure projects
- Working closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover once a project is won
- Maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the sales process

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a genuine sales mindset.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in window furnishings, estimating, sales or account management




- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to following up quotes and closing sales
- Confidence communicating and negotiating with customers
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
- Solid attention to detail and numerical skills
- Good computer and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- A positive attitude and a strong team focus

Previous window furnishings experience would be highly regarded, but we would also consider someone with strong sales and estimating experience from the construction, interiors, fit-out or building products industries.
