Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker to join the Bulli Hospital Day Rehabilitation Program on a temporary part time basis (22 hours per week). The role requires a Social Work degree and eligibility for the AASW, WWCC, and a valid NSW driver’s license.

Salary is $40.05–$57.14 per hour plus 12% super and salary packaging. You will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality Social Work services and support to patients and their families,
