This is a hands-on, high-energy role in one of our busiest showrooms, working with both retail customers and builders. You'll be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, mentoring and training your team and contributing to the success of a fast-growing showroom.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver leadership to your team while achieving goals and KPI's
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry to sale completion
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right products
- Build solid relationships with retail customers and trade clients
- Maintain strong product knowledge across tiles, bathroomware and flooring
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Keep the showroom visually inspiring and sales-ready
- Process sales accurately and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training

About you

- Proven experience selling tiles, bathroomware or hard flooring




- Experienced Showroom Manager
- Full-time role: Monday to Saturday (5 days per week)
- Weekdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
