We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated strong negotiation and communication skills (ideally within the insurance sector), are emotionally intelligent and can deliver on targets.
You must be happy picking up the phone and not rely on email follow ups, you are someone who enjoys developing relationships and sees communication by phone key. Managing your own cases you will possess excellent attention to detail and positive IT skills.
