Based full-time in Sydney, you will provide critical planning, coordination, and administrative support for complex maritime and joint collective training exercises. This role requires a professional capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive planning, preparation, and execution support for maritime and joint collective training activities.
- Develop and maintain exercise documentation, operational products, and lessons learned databases.
- Liaise heavily with Joint stakeholders, allied partners, and support agencies to manage exercise schedules and battle rhythms.
- Coordinate participant access to secure facilities, IT systems, and communications networks.
