About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen standards
Excellent attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
Commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality
Work a 4 day week
Supportive and professional kitchen environment
