To lead and develop the pickleball playing and coaching community at the Club. The Coach will deliver high quality instructional sessions, grow participation, run social play and tournaments, and help foster a positive, social and energetic club environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, structured pickleball coaching sessions (group and private).
- Assess player abilities and tailor lessons accordingly.
- Maintain safety, positive player experience and technical standard.
- Develop clinics and programs for beginner through to advanced players.
- Encourage participation in socials, matchplay, tournaments and regular court bookings.
- Engage with members via WhatsApp groups and at the venue.
- Help grow the pickleball player base and connect players of similar levels.
- Foster an inclusive, energetic and welcoming setting.




- Organise and run regular pickleball socials, matchplay and competitions.
- Assist with planning and running internal pickleball tournaments.

About you

- Proven pickleball coaching experience and strong understanding of the game.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident leading individual lessons, group sessions, socials and tournaments.
- Reliable, self driven and community focused.
- Passionate about growing pickleball participation and building a strong club culture.
- Able to manage bookings and respond promptly to players.
- Australian first aid certificate required.
