Leeton Kids Early Learning is seeking passionate and experienced Educators to join our dynamic team. You will provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years and deliver exceptional early learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Planning and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Adhering to all childcare regulations, policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities

About you

- Bachelor of education, Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- At least 3 years experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
