What you’ll be working on

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with apassion for return to work and early intervention, looking for an entry levelposition in workplace injury management? As a Health Wellness andRehabilitation Coordinator, your skills and empathy will allow you to play acrucial role in supporting our injured team members, ensuring smooth andefficient recovery and return to work while maintaining compliance withrelevant legislation and procedures.FedEx is a self-insured licensee in the ‘Comcare’ scheme, and this is akey role in our national, passionate Health Rehabilitation and WorkersCompensation team.

- Proactively supporting our team membersand driving Early Care,



FedEx’s injury management early intervention program.
- Working with all stakeholders toidentify barriers to recovery and return to work and implementing strategies to address these.
- Promoting and enabling recovery at work.
- Maintaining close contact with injured teammembers, and establishing positive, cooperative relationships with allstakeholders.
- Maintain detailed, compliant andorganized records, and completing administrative duties associated with EarlyCare and workers compensation claim
- Participating in workplace health andwellbeing activities
- Demonstrating active safety leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments,including Health Wellness and Rehabilitation Team, Workers Compensation, HR,Legal, and Safety, with a focus on securing the best outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the team

- Experience in a similar positioninvolving return to work coordination or injury management
- Excellent, positive communicationskills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative andorganizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Qualifications within a relevantdiscipline eg allied health are preferred
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong time-management skills
- Adaptable and flexible – able torespond quickly to rapidly changing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite andother relevant software
