This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, confident, approachable and comfortable working independently. You’ll be regularly travelling to different stores, working with store teams and stakeholders, and helping ensure projects are prepared and delivered smoothly.

Hours - Monday to Thursday 5am - 130pm

Friday - 7am to 330pm

About the Role

The Relay Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Lead to support the day-to-day running of ESL projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Travelling to various retail stores across Brisbane.
- Assisting the Operations Lead with the daily coordination of ESL projects.
- Unpacking, splitting and condensing pallets of fittings.
- Printing tapes and planograms.
- Preparing and assembling crates for the night team.
- Assisting with training store teams when required.
- Communicating confidently and professionally with store teams and stakeholders.
- Preparing materials and equipment for upcoming projects.
- Working independently to ensure everything is organised and ready for the following week.
- Supporting the wider operations team with various tasks as required.

- Is confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Has fluent English and solid communication skills.
- Is approachable, friendly and professional.
- Is well presented and represents the company positively in stores.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Can work independently and take initiative.
- Is comfortable travelling to different store locations throughout Brisbane.
- Is physically capable of handling and moving pallets, fittings and crates.
- Has a practical, hands‑on approach and is happy to get stuck in.
- Can work effectively as part of a team while also being comfortable working on their own.
