As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience and supporting the smooth operation of a busy legal practice.

Key responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

Maintain and coordinate the reception area and meeting rooms

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management

Maintaining accurate records

Providing administrative support to solicitors and support staff

Performing general office and administrative duties as required

About you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A professional presentation and positive attitude

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure

Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role

Previous experience in a legal office
