Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Full-Time Ground & Maintenance Supervisor for our Torquay Holidays site in Victoria. You will lead the Grounds and Maintenance team, overseeing public spaces, gardens and facilities, coordinating repairs and contractor work, and ensuring safety and cost controls.
You will report to the Park Manager and drive efficient operations, encouraging a safe, guest-focused setting and timely issue resolution across the site.
