We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join a collaborative HR team in South Brisbane. This is a wide-ranging role offering exposure across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, HR administration and broader people initiatives.
Whether you're already working in a HR Coordinator role or looking to step up from HR administration, this opportunity will give you hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while working alongside experienced HR professionals.
About the Role
In this role, you'll support the delivery of HR services across the business, with responsibilities including:
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Interview scheduling and onboarding administration
- Preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records
- Managing HR systems and ensuring accurate employee data
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives
- Organising face-to-face training sessions, including travel, logistics and scheduling
- Liaising with presenters and stakeholders to support training delivery
- Managing online learning modules through the LMS
- Coordinating training feedback and reporting
- Supporting general HR administration and people-related projects
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar role
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Eager to continue developing their HR career and broaden their generalist experience
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or learning and development activities will be highly regarded.
