Aruma is hiring a Support Worker to empower people with disabilities and young individuals through tailored, person-centred support. You will operate across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, active nights, weekends and public holidays.

Role involves personal care, mobility support, skill development and community participation, working with multidisciplinary teams to implement plans and promote independence.
