About the Role:
This full time position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth order and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers regarding orders and inquiries
- Data entry and order processing
- Dispatch and order follow-up
- Handle phone and email inquiries related to orders and deliveries
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Align delivery expectations with customer needs
- Warranty claims processing
What We’re Looking For:
- A responsible and service-driven individual with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and a pleasant phone manner
- Comfortable working under pressure during peak periods
- Prior experience in the outdoor furniture industry is not required—but interest in our products and industry is highly regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
- Business Central experience preferred but not essential
- Stable, full time role
