Store Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant

Latitude Jewellers is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Subiaco store.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves jewellery, enjoys meeting people, understands the luxury retail experience and knows how to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

You may already be an experienced Store Manager, or you may be a highly experienced jewellery sales professional who is ready to take the next step in your career.

The Role

This is a hands‑on position combining store management, luxury jewellery sales, client relationships and business development .

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client while helping us grow the Latitude brand and client base in Subiaco and the wider Perth community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the Subiaco store
- Leading by example on the sales floor
- Achieving individual and store sales targets
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding the complete jewellery selling process, from the initial conversation through to closing the sale and after‑sales service
- Assisting clients with diamonds, pearls, precious gemstones and fine jewellery
- Receiving jewellery for repairs and confidently carrying out an initial inspection
- Identifying common jewellery repair requirements and accurately recording information for our jewellers
- Assisting clients with custom jewellery enquiries and working with our jewellery designers and workshop
- Following up client enquiries, quotes and potential sales
- Maintaining beautiful store and jewellery presentation
- Managing stock,



security and general store procedures
- Supporting and motivating the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales results
- Attending networking, community and business events as a representative of Latitude Jewellers
- Building connections within the Subiaco and wider Perth community and introducing new clients to the Latitude brand

About You

We are particularly interested in someone with previous experience in fine jewellery, luxury jewellery or high‑end jewellery sales .

You will ideally have:

- A genuine understanding of jewellery and jewellery construction
- Experience assessing jewellery presented for repair
- Confidence discussing diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and jewellery with clients
- A proven ability to sell high-value pieces
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Skilled and polished presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- The confidence to lead a small team
- A proactive approach to sales and client follow‑up
- Confidence attending business, social and networking events as a representative of Latitude Jewellers
- An outgoing nature and genuine enjoyment of meeting people and developing new relationships

Previous store management experience is highly regarded but is not essential for the right senior jewellery salesperson.
