Operations Supervisor (Process Assistant), Inbound - Day Shift

We’re seeking for an experienced Process Assistant to join the team at our Fulfillment Center in Dandenong working on day shift (7am - 5pm).

The Process Assistant will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to your process path.

You'll be the go‑to person for team members during your shift, guiding them to follow established processes and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on role that will give you practical experience with the tools and systems.

Key job responsibilities

- Support and work in Inbound and other departments as required
- Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties
- Providing coverage for Area Managers
- Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
- Tracking and reporting of abor hours
- Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance




- Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
- Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
- Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals
- Assisting in keeping work area clean and organised,
- Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
- Coaching associates to work safely at all times
- Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager

- Work a adaptable schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 38+ hours per week, and overtime as required
- Previous experience leading teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members
- Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
