You will handle day-to-day queries via the central People & Culture inbox (ServiceNow) and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, supporting onboarding and background checks.
You will audit records to keep SuccessFactors accurate, prepare correspondence, and contribute to WHS and return-to-work matters when needed.
