Downer is seeking a People & Culture Officer to join our high-performing People & Culture team in Queensland. You will partner with stakeholders across the business, supporting onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and data management to ensure a smooth employee experience on a 6‑month fixed-term contract.
Based on the Fraser Coast at Maryborough and Torbanlea sites, the role involves HRIS, data reporting, and maintaining records. A tertiary HR qualification is desirable.
