360 Health Management is seeking a motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Swan Hill. You will support individuals with challenging behaviours, develop BSPs, and work with families and carers to improve quality of life.
The role requires compassion, resilience, and the ability to travel to client homes or communities within an hour of Swan Hill. An Australian driver’s licence is preferred.
