Wood & Bone in Moorabbin is seeking a Senior Front of House professional / Supervisor to lead a small team in a 55-seat steakhouse. This hands-on role covers service, reservations, table management, opening/closing procedures, staff supervision and training, events, and maintaining venue atmosphere with strong food and wine knowledge.
You'll work closely with the owners and have a transparent pathway into Restaurant Manager, as the venue grows.
