Operating from multiple sites specializing in New and Pre-Owned Vehicles.

With the arrival of all New GWM, RAM, LDV, and Jeep product in 2027 along with our newly established Leapmotor we require Experienced Automotive Salespersons to assist our enormous progress.

The successful candidates will be customer focused, immaculately presented, possess strong communication skills, and telephone technique: -.

About You & the Role:

Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers.

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity

A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs.

Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism.

Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made.

Be able to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines.

Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey.

Updating your DMS -

Full and Current Drivers License

Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their recent and pre-owned deliveries

This role requires you to sell new and pre-owned vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have :

Confident sales and negotiation skills

A high level of personal presentation

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

A commitment to building a long-term career

Motivation and passion for what you do
