Chris Waller Racing in Berry, NSW, seeks an Assistant Trainer to join one of Australia’s premier racing operations. You will work closely with Chris Waller and the senior team to oversee daily preparation, performance and welfare of elite thoroughbreds.
You will manage trackwork, training programs and race preparation, coordinate riders and reliable staff, and uphold the highest standards of horse welfare, workplace safety and racing compliance in a demanding seven‑day‑a‑week environment.
