Senior Peer Coordinator (Bundaberg and Hervey Bay and Maryborough)

Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services is seeking two passionate Senior Peer Coordinators to strengthen our peer workforce and champion lived experience across mental health services. One position is based at Bundaberg Hospital and one across Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. You will provide leadership, mentoring and support to peer workers while promoting recovery-oriented, person-centred and peer-led practice. Your experience matters. Your voice matters. Your opportunity:

- A Senior Peer Coordinator works to facilitate the delivery, development and planning of support services to consumers of the mental health service.
- A Senior Peer Coordinator promotes and provides guidance to the development and ongoing management of consumer participation and provide systems advocacy in relation to consumer, carer and family related issues.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $139,029 p.a.,



comprising salary between $11,993 - $121,853p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Two Permanent Full Time Positions, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Job Ad Reference: H2609WB
