Your opportunity:

- Develop Undergraduate Student in Nursing (USIN) employees to enable development in their scope of practice in parallel to their level of education and competency assessment. Assist in the provision of a high standard of clinical and patient‑centred care within the Nursing Resource Services at Hervey Bay Hospital, ensuring that nursing care is focussed on individual patient needs, under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse.
