Dicky Beach Surf Club is an award winning club -seeking to hire a motivatedand experienced Sous Chef. This unique opportunity will provide the right applicant anopportunity to work in one of the Sunshine coasts most picturesque locations.

We offer above award rates and a versatile roster.

Shifts normally work from 11am - 8.30pm with an hour break Friday to Tuesday with an RDO a month,four and a half day week, 5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, plus meals.

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating quality food to join our amazing team.

The position will commence as casual and leading to a full-time salary forthe right candidate.

The successful applicant will:

- Be Trade Qualified
- 5 years experience in kitchen leadership role
- Experience in ordering, budgeting, financial reporting, menu creation
- Lead the team in absence of the Head Chef
- Cooking The Books Software experience would be advantageous
- Be motivated andwilling to work in a team environment
- Be driven by quality and customer satisfaction
- Flexible working conditions for the right candidate
- Have ability to work in a fast paced environment
