We're a fast-growing solar & battery company helping homeowners reduce their energy bills, and we're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team.

Previous appointment-setting experience is essential.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already knows how to work leads, build rapport quickly, handle objections and turn conversations into quality booked appointments.

The Role

This is an over-the-phone appointment-setting role where you'll:

- Call and engage with homeowners

- Work a mixture of new and existing leads

- Build rapport and identify customer needs

- Create interest in solar & battery solutions

- Handle objections confidently





- Book qualified appointments for our sales team

- Follow up leads and opportunities

- Maintain accurate notes and activities

- Work towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for someone with previous appointment-setting experience who can hit the ground running.

You’ll ideally have:

- Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or outbound lead generation

- Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls

- Strong objection-handling skills

- Excellent phone communication and rapport-building ability

- Experience working towards KPIs and appointment targets

- The ability to qualify leads rather than simply fill a calendar

- Strong follow-up and organisation skills

- A self-motivated, reliable and results-driven attitude
