Australian African Foundation for Retention and Prospect (AAFRO) is seeking a Youth & Families Case Manager to support vulnerable children, young people and families, especially those in contact with the justice system, in Melbourne's western and northern suburbs. You will provide case management, one-on-one mentoring, and group sessions.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, promote child safety, deliver culturally responsive services to African CALD communities, and coordinate
