Vertiv's Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is a 12-month early-career development program in the Sales track designed to accelerate the growth of future commercial and customer-facing leaders. As a PAVE Associate, you will rotate across business units, gain customer exposure, training, mentorship, and hands-on projects to build core skills in sales, business development, and customer solutions.
Participants will experience structured foundations, business acumen development, and
