Frontline Recruitment Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a brand-current fashion store opening at Green Hills, Maitland NSW. You’ll be the 2IC, partnering with the Store Manager to launch the store, build the team and establish culture from day one.
You’ll drive daily sales, customer experience and store KPIs, coach the team, manage stock and merchandising, and lead from the floor while preparing for a successful opening and ongoing growth.
