The role
Based at our Tullamarine branch, this is a hands‑on role where you will be working with a diverse range of people to meet SEW's high standards and customer requirements. You will be responsible for:
- Assembling and maintaining mechanical gear boxes and geared motors
- Ensuring the work environment is kept clean and safety is upheld at all times
- Maintaining a high standard of work
- Adheres to Quality Assurance and OHS standards
About you
- Ideally have experience in a production process setting
- Experience in working with gear motors is desirable
- Have a mechanical aptitude
- Have the ability to read and understand instructions
- Experience and ability to work with hand toolsAbility to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
- High attention to detail
- A positive attitude to safety
