NASCA is seeking a Program Lead to support NSW Academies, improving school attendance, performance and career pathways for First Nation students aged 12-18. You will deliver school-based NASCA programs, mentor students, and run life-skills workshops and cultural activities with a solid community focus.
The role requires qualification in education or related fields, effective student engagement, and the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and overnight residential programs.
