Job Description: Brewer

Sydney Brewery has an opportunity for a Brewer to join the team which is based in the inner city of Sydney. The position would be full time and would report directly to the Brewery General Manager.

The role of the Brewer would be to perform day-to-day operations in the manufacturing of Beer.

The chosen applicant would be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Operation of the brew house
- Filtration and processing of beer
- Cellar operations including cleaning, sanitation and product transfers
- Ensuring a high level of quality and performing quality control and maintenance tasks
- Represent the company at various events
- Deliveries when required

The ideal applicant would have:

- A passion for quality beers and cider
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work around production requirements
