Fitness Service, Repair and Installation Technician

Total Gym Care has provided independent services to owners of fitness equipment for over 25 years. We are a skilled business that specialises in the service and repairs of fitness equipment.

Our service area includes all the Melbourne Metro area and some regional centers. With our workshop based in Cheltenham (3192)

About the Role

A great opportunity exists for a Service and Repair Technician to join the team at Total Gym Care to service, repair, deliver and install all makes and models of fitness equipment on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

- Complete preventative, routine, or breakdown maintenance
- Deliver and install fitness and industry related equipment.
- Undertake and complete equipment repairs in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
- Appropriately and accurately complete all paperwork as required (electronically)
- Maintain to TGC's high standards, vehicles and equipment that have been assigned
- Protect, support,



and enhance TGC's reputation and standing within the fitness industry

About You

As the successful candidate, you will be a technician with a robust mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.

You will have:

- A good degree of strength fitness as the role involves working down low regularly and heavy lifting
- Current driver's license (car essential, MR or above useful but not required)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Your own tools
- A good level of computer literacy
- Experience in the fitness industry is not essential. Training will be provided.
- You must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
