What You'll Be Working On
- Commercial projects generally between $20M - $50M
- Education, hospitality and general commercial
- New build and refurbishment
- D&C;,
ECI and traditional tenders
- Structured tender programmes with realistic timeframes
- Early involvement in methodology and buildability
- You’ll work within an experienced estimating team with strong input from construction and senior management throughout the tender process.

Your Background
We're looking for an accomplished commercial Estimator who understands what goes into putting together a winning tender.
You’ll bring:
- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Experience pricing projects of comparable size and complexity
- Robust measurement and analytical capability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable references
