About the Prospect

Q Automotive is seeking motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Sunbury, Victoria. If you want to work within a high-performing team representing brands such as Ford, Chery, Geely and BYD, then this is the role for you.

Previous automotive sales experience would be an advantage, however we're also open to enthusiastic sales professionals looking to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Develop a strong understanding of our vehicle range and available options
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives




- Follow up enquiries and develop new sales opportunitiesNegotiate and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during and after their purchase
- Work closely with the wider dealership team to achieve individual and team targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous automotive or retail sales experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
- A skilled presentation and reliable work ethic
- A motivated, positive and results-driven approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a successful team
