Kingfisher Bay Resort on World Heritage-listed K’gari (Fraser Island) seeks a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to support the F&B; Manager in day-to-day operations across outlets, ensuring service standards and profitability. You will lead and train teams, uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while working within set guidelines.
