Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Prospect Hotel Motel.

We’re open to an experienced CDP or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up, with the skills and confidence to take ownership of a section through prep and service in one of our top-performing kitchens.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook quality pub meals
- Independently run your section through prep and service
- Work across grill, pans, fryers and larder
- Manage food preparation, stock rotation and food safety
- Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Support the team to deliver consistent food every shift

What we’re looking for

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience independently running a section in a pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
- Confidence working across grill, pans, fryers and larder




- Solid food safety, stock rotation and organisation
- Availability across a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
