This can be the beginning of your story with us. What you’ll do

- Lead the daily rhythm of the cash desk with accuracy, pace and care
- Support, train and motivate the cashier team
- Ensure transactions, returns and exchanges are handled smoothly
- Maintain strong standards across the cash desk area
- Follow up on till discrepancies, reporting and daily processes




- Work closely with the wider store team to support the customer experience

What we’re looking for

- Experience in retail, cashier operations or team supervision
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with cash handling
- A calm, organized approach in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and the ability to support others
- A customer-focused mindset and interest in fashion retail
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
