The Role

Reporting to the General Manager at Dalgaranga Gold Mine, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the site’s commercial, administration, and supply functions.

You’ll be leading the team to deliver commercial, supply and administration functions for the high grade gold operations.

- Lead the operational budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting on site.
- Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term financial plans with measurable outputs.
- Lead the site’s supply and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient systems and inventory control.
- Oversee and improve processes for the site’s accommodation, travel, and village services.




- Support contract negotiation and commercial terms in collaboration with Group Contracts.

About You

We’re looking for a positive, experienced site leader who brings:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting (with CA or CPA membership).
- Statutory Supervisor and SSE qualifications required for appointment to Alternate position.
- Developed financial and commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Well established leadership experience with a focus on team culture and capability development.
- Experience preparing and reporting on budgets, forecasts and accounting controls.
- Familiarity with Pronto ERP (advantageous).
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
