This is a genuine opportunity to take charge of a finance function in a key juncture of the business' success as it nears a major milestone in it's growth.

This role is will act as a trusted advisor to a visionary and highly successful real estate leader in Sydney. Assuming responsibility for financial control, operational accounting, cashflow management and treasury, budgeting and forecasting and support ad-hoc business analysis. And, the implementation of processes in systems to support future expansion

You will inherit two long-standing staff with the immediate opportunity to hire an additional Accountant, thus providing an ideal platform to influence the future outlook of your team whilst maintaining stability

- CA or CPA qualification




- Experience in property, funds management, construction / property development
- Understanding of fund accounting and fund structures is preferred
- Most importantly, the ambition to build a finance function and progress towards a broader CFO mandate
