Aircall is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own the regional AIVA and deployment efforts across key accounts. This is a player-coach role combining hands-on configuration, deployment, and debugging of AI Agent solutions with leadership of the regional FDE team.
You’ll partner with the regional GM, AEs, AMs and CSMs to hit pipeline and revenue targets, translate field feedback into roadmaps, and build playbooks and frameworks that scale across the region.
