Nxgen Cabling Pty Ltd – Smeaton Grange NSW

Working closely with the Managing Director and General Manager, you will lead financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting and cash-flow forecasting, project financials, WIP, labour costs and margin analysis, working capital, debtors and creditors, financial controls, governance and compliance, ERP, systems and process improvement, commercial support to Operations and Project Managers, strategic financial and commercial advice, and the Finance and administration team.

Key responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting
- Manage monthly reporting and cash-flow forecasting
- Oversee project financials, WIP, labour costs and margin analysis
- Manage working capital, debtors and creditors
- Establish financial controls, governance and compliance
- Drive ERP, systems and process improvement




- Provide commercial support to Operations and Project Managers
- Deliver strategic financial and commercial advice
- Lead Finance and administration team

About you

- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- CFO, Finance Director or senior Financial Controller experience
- Construction, infrastructure or project-based experience preferred
- Solid commercial, project costing and cash-flow capability
- Hands‑on, commercially minded leadership style
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
