In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams toensure optimal staffing coverage across our 24/7 aged careservices. Using your strong communication and problem-solvingskills, you will coordinate staff absence coverage, manage rosteradjustments, and respond proactively to changing workforceneeds.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork

- The availability to work within the hours of 12:30pm- 8pmThursday - Sunday
- High level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced andmultidisciplinary industry
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetail
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principles
- Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todate
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
