OVERVIEW IDP Education is seeking a Senior Partnerships Director to lead a portfolio of strategic university partnerships across the APAC region. This senior leadership role focuses on commercial growth, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and long-term relationship management within international education and higher education. The position offers the opportunity to work across major strategic accounts while supporting business growth through partnerships, education services, and executive collaboration. The role is suited to an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic partnerships, commercial management, and business development. Candidates will work closely with executive stakeholders and contribute to growth initiatives that support long-term partnership success.

Requirements

- 15+ years' experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, enterprise client management, or business development

or related sectors
- Track record of managing complex commercial relationships and strategic customers
- Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation capability
- Proven ability to grow revenue and client portfolios
- Experience engaging with C-Suite and executive stakeholders
